Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of StayCore, provided by Connate Coders (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using StayCore, a hotel and its authorized users agree to these Terms.

2. The service

StayCore is a hotel management system covering front desk and bookings, GST-compliant billing, housekeeping, restaurant operations, staff and payroll, a guest portal, and — where subscribed — a direct-booking website. Features available to a Hotel depend on its subscription plan and the modules enabled for each branch.

3. Accounts and eligibility

StayCore accounts are provisioned for hotel businesses ("Hotels"), not individual consumers. The Hotel Owner is responsible for the accuracy of branch, room, and rate configuration, and for managing which staff have access. Staff accounts (Manager, Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other roles) are provisioned by the Hotel and are subject to the permissions the Hotel assigns them.

4. Acceptable use

A Hotel and its staff agree not to:

• Use StayCore for any unlawful purpose, or to store or process data the Hotel is not authorized to hold
• Attempt to bypass access controls, tenant isolation, or security measures
• Interfere with the availability or integrity of the service, including automated scraping or load-testing without prior written consent
• Misrepresent prices, GST invoices, or booking terms to guests

5. Customer responsibilities

The Hotel is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters (guest, rate, and billing information), for lawful use of the service, and for obtaining any consents required from its guests — including consent to be contacted by SMS, email, or WhatsApp where the Hotel enables those channels.

6. Fees and payment

Access to StayCore is provided under a subscription plan communicated to the Hotel at signup. Subscription fees are billed as agreed (typically monthly), in Indian Rupees. Guest-facing payments and subscription payments processed through StayCore are handled via Razorpay; the Hotel is bound by Razorpay’s applicable terms for payment processing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or separately agreed in writing.

7. Third-party services

StayCore integrates third-party services, including Razorpay (payments), Supabase (hosting/storage), and the WhatsApp Business Platform (guest messaging, where enabled). Use of these integrated services is also subject to the relevant third party’s own terms.

8. Intellectual property

StayCore, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Connate Coders. These Terms grant the Hotel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use StayCore for its own hotel operations during an active subscription. No ownership rights are transferred.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

StayCore is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we build the service to prevent double-booking and to compute money server-side, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of StayCore is limited to the fees paid by the Hotel for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to StayCore for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or conduct that risks the security or integrity of the platform or other Hotels’ data. A Hotel may terminate its subscription per the terms agreed at signup; on termination, data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competent authority over Connate Coders’ registered place of business.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Hotels, and continued use of StayCore after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
